Before Bed Routine

9:00 P.M. or so

  1. Start to do list for tomorrow
  2. Check calendar for appointments
  3. Put glasses in dishwasher / run
  4. Lay out clean dishcloths
  5. Put magazines away
  6. Clean off dining table
  7. Open mail
  8. Put shoes away
  9. Put clothes away/lay out clothes
  10. Wipe off daily sheets
  11. Take aspirin and vitamins
  12. Brush teeth
  13. Clean face
  14. Read for a while
  15. Make a TA DA list of your accomplishments for today
  16. Snuggle with your sweetie
